About Jenna
Jenna Kapp, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker — Colorado
My work includes individual therapy with teens and adults via telehealth, available to anyone in Colorado, and teen group therapy through The Mane Mission — a nature-based therapeutic community where sessions happen outdoors, alongside horses. Individual sessions are held via telehealth. Teen group therapy takes place in person at The Mane Mission in the Denver area. My practice is open, inclusive, and welcoming to people of all backgrounds and beliefs.
Does your brain feel like it never gets to switch off? Anxiety can feel like constant overthinking with no clear reason why — exhausting, frustrating, and sometimes overwhelming. Together we'll work on slowing things down and building tools that actually help.
Depression
Depression can feel like being stuck with no way out — no motivation, no energy, and little desire to do the things or see the people you used to enjoy. You're not lazy and you're not broken. We'll work together to find small steps toward feeling like yourself again.
ADHD
Always jumping between tasks but never quite finishing them? ADHD can feel like your brain is working against you. We'll work on understanding how your brain works and building strategies that actually fit your life.
Trauma
Our history shapes us in ways we don't always understand — why certain situations feel overwhelming, why we react the way we do. Therapy is a space to make sense of those patterns and start to untangle them, at your own pace.
Life transitions
Sometimes the path you've been following stops feeling like yours. Whether you're navigating a major change or questioning where you're headed, we'll work through the confusion together and find footing that feels right for you.
Teen group therapy
Teen group therapy at The Mane Mission takes place outdoors, alongside horses — a setting that naturally opens up conversations about relationships, anxiety, and life transitions in a way that sitting in an office often doesn't.
What to Expect
Here's what getting started looks like
1
Reach out — wherever you are in Colorado
Send a message or give me a call. No pressure, no commitment. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
2
Free 15-minute consultation
A chance for us to get to know each other and make sure we're a good fit before committing to anything.
3
Your first session
We'll go deeper — your history, what's brought you here, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. It's a conversation, not an intake form.
4
We go from there, at your pace
There's no set timeline. Therapy with me is collaborative — we'll follow a general plan but stay flexible, because life happens. Some sessions we'll dig into deeper work, others we'll focus on what's going on right now. The goal is always to challenge and support you in equal measure.
Ready When You Are
You don't have to have it all figured out.
Reach out and we'll find a time to talk — wherever you are in Colorado.
