About Jenna
"I believe you're more capable than you give yourself credit for — sometimes you just need the right space to figure that out."
I didn't set out to become a therapist, but it makes sense that I ended up here. I spent several summers working with at-risk youth and kept coming back to it — there was something about watching teenagers start to break cycles and figure themselves out that I couldn't walk away from. I got my degree, did the work, and somewhere along the way it became clear this was what I was supposed to be doing. I'm Jenna, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I still show up every day because this work matters to me.
Outside of work you'll find me in the garden, cooking something new, reading, or exploring somewhere I've never been. I believe in the same things I encourage in my clients — slowing down, being present, and making space for the things that fill you up.

My Approach
How I work with clients
Modalities I draw from
My approach is collaborative and integrative — meaning I don't believe one method works for everyone. I draw from a range of evidence-based practices depending on what each person needs, and I lean heavily on the idea that how we think, how we act, and the relationships and systems around us all shape who we are.
Sessions with me are honest and collaborative. I'll listen, but I'll also challenge you — gently pushing you toward the things that are hard while making sure you feel supported along the way. We'll build a plan together, and we'll revisit it as life changes, because it always does.
"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change."

Therapy without four walls
One of the things I'm most excited about in my practice is the work I do through The Mane Mission — a ranch-based therapeutic community outside Denver where teen group therapy happens outdoors, alongside horses and other animals. For teens who are hesitant about traditional therapy, this setting can feel like a completely different experience — and that's exactly the point.
