Anxiety looks different depending on where you are in life — for teens it's often tied to identity and how peers see you, for adults it can carry weight from earlier years layered on top of everyday pressures. Together we'll work on identifying the thoughts that feed your anxiety and shifting them toward something more grounded — plus building coping strategies that actually fit your life.
